Zone1 The Comey indictment saga a recap

The judge specifically cited Trumps election as the reason for no sentence
The judge also was completely reckless and out of line during trial, telling the jury to "pick a crime" instead of identifying a specific one, in order to fulfill the obligations to bump a misdemeanor charge up to a felony for a conviction... which isn't supposed to happen, and never has until then.

The judge was like the prosecutor, willing to abuse justice to get Trump. And when it was all exposed, they backed off. Everyone sees what happened there. Trump walked clean as a whistle, no penalties. You just have to keep reciting CNN propaganda lines.. but that flame is gone. You can yell at the wall all you want but the rest of society doesn't really care that Trump got tagged with a mere label by corrupt judicial hacks... if he had done something wrong he would have had a penalty for it.

yea….yea

Everyone is always against Trump
The judge, prosecutor, jury

Just what every other criminal says

Even if we assume for a second it’s granted that its purely “revenge”, you don’t need to seek revenge if you aren’t wronged in the first place.

I suppose Maximus should have just accepted his murdered family and not been so mean to seek out those who harmed him so??

The Democrats have earned severe abuse of power against them since they so aggressively applied it. If you’re going to throw punches, you can’t whine and play victim when you get punched back. That’s what you’re doing.
Nope.

Trump wasn't "wronged", he was charged, tried, and convicted. That is our system.

Using your logic, every one in prison was "wronged".

I always wondered about that argument.

If a defendant has multiple charges levied against him in a jury trail. Do you think a judge typically says. Well you can only determine guilt or innocence of one particular charge, or do you think he will let the jury decide guilt or innocence on all charges levied?

And if that's the case why all of a sudden is it the judges job in a jury trial to determine what crime was committed?

Nope.

When you have judges and prosecutors hurling loose charges against you in heavily Democrat areas.. it’s a recipe to “get” the person you want to take down. But none of it stuck, as we’ve all seen. The activism and abuse has been clearly exposed. That’s a statement of desperation you made.

By your logic, there’s no such thing as someone being wrongly convicted, which happens. Or do you say otherwise?

Oh lord. The old “poor Donald song”. Don’t you ever get tired of of singing the same tune?

Maybe Trump needs to do his crimes in Republican areas

1. Can people be wrongly convicted in the court of law?

2. Can judges abuse their power if they have prejudice?

Answer those questions

Yeah, dumb ass, usually the wrongly convicted had poor representation.

Are you saying Trump had poor representation?
Using assumptions and “usually” gets you no where. You’re desperately grasping here

Hard to call anything a crime if you get no punishment for it, and the court even apologizes to you.

Yeah, real criminal lol
Stop pretending Trump got off because the charges were bogus

His “Get out of Jail Free “ Card was getting elected President

No, it was the inept and abusive way the prosecutors and judge brought and forced through the charges.
