The difference in the technology is rather significant. Colonial Johnny and his musket stood in a line in an open field. No real training necessary. Modern militaries use advanced tactics and are mostly mechanized. A bumbling untrained conscript is a liability. As time goes on, the Ukrainian propaganda about Russian troops is falling flat.

I just heard a half an hour ago on Fox that 200 more children were murdered by the Russians in last night's bombing practice.
