Russia didn't take all of Ukraine the first time because all their gear broke down.

How many do they have, and how many hours do they go before they break down? They got 30,000 tanks, but over 25,000 of them are indeed sitting in scrap yards.

Nazi Germany had over 300 jet fighters. but only may be 30 of them ever got off the ground, something like that, so having a lot of stuff doesn't mean it's operational or they have crews for them.
