I PREFER the Christian religion, as I was taught about love & kindness & doing your best to be a good person. You get to choose your own brand. This country was founded on separation of church from state. Based on the atrocity's performed on people who were forced to follow only one religion. A twisted (read liberal) interpretation of the 1st Amendment did that. When I was singing Christmas carols in grade school I wasn't learning anything about Christianity at the hands of (Yikes!) the State. I just thought it was fun. I knew little about this faith until I joined a Christian church at age 32.

Sadly, morality cannot be taught in our schools either because western morality has its roots in (horrors) Christianity.
