ARRESTS IMMINENT: DC US Attorney Announces Incoming Charges Against Individuals Who Threatened Elon Musk’s DOGE Workers

Releasing individual names of Government employees who are simply doing the job they are paid to do....highlighting them?

We dont do that to people. Especially ones with mental handicaps.
Right wingers have done so in the past and it didn’t seem to bother you. After all, they’re public employees, right? They work for us. Not Elon.

Not illegal. Not even close.

Trump signed an EO making it a fireable offense for government employees to censor private citizens. I guess they like only applies to people Trump doesn’t like because Musk should be fired.

It's the threats and publicly posting their personal information simultaneously that is a crime.

If there are threats, then the people making those threats are committing a crime, possibly. The law is pretty liberal that you can get away with saying a lot of things. We saw that

But Wired is breaking no law by publishing their names. In fact, they probably aren’t even violating X policy.

Musk is violating government policy by censoring them.

The crap is about to hit the fan for those online clowns who made threats against Elon Musk's DOGE team. What the heck were those idiots thinking?

ARRESTS IMMINENT: Acting DC US Attorney Ed Martin Announces Incoming Charges Against Individuals Who Threatened Elon Musk’s DOGE Workers

"Acting US Attorney for DC, Ed Martin announced his office would be charging and arresting individuals who threatened Elon Musk’s DOGE team.

Ed Martin did not name any names as he announced that arrests and charges were coming. It is unclear which laws were violated.

“Our initial review of the evidence presented to us indicates that certain individuals and/or groups have committed acts that appear to violate the law in targeting DOGE employees,” Ed Martin said.

“We are in contact with the FBI and other law-enforcement partners to proceed rapidly. We also have our prosecutors preparing,” Ed Martin added.

Earlier Monday Ed Martin sent Elon Musk a letter informing him that his office will not tolerate threats against DOGE workers.

“I recognize that some of the staff at DOGE has been targeted publicly. At this time, I ask that you utilize me and my staff to assist in protecting the DOGE work and the DOGE workers. Any threats, confrontations, or other actions in any way that impact their work may break numerous laws,” Ed Martin wrote in a letter to Elon Musk.

“Let me assure you of this: we will pursue any and all legal action against anyone who impedes your work or threatens your people. We will not act like the previous administration who looked the other way as the Antifa and BLM rioters as well as thugs with guns trashed our capital city. We protect DOGE and other workers no matter what.”

Tech reporters at Wired outed a list of DOGE workers who gained access to the US Treasury payment system over the weekend.

The Trump Admin put two top leaders at the US Agency for International Development on leave after they refused to give Elon Musk’s DOGE classified documents.

Musk’s DOGE got the classified materials on Saturday after the two officials initially withheld the materials.

The two officials, John Vorhees and Deputy Brian McGill, claimed the DOGE employees did not have the security clearance to obtain the classified materials.

However, no classified material was accessed without the proper security clearances.

Reporters at Wired tweeted out a list of DOGE workers. Soon after the DOGE workers were publicly named, others began doxxing and threatening them.

Elon Musk warned the reporters that they had committed a crime.

The X account that doxxed the DOGE workers has since been suspended.

Looks like Anti/Trumpers think the are above the law.

DOJ says otherwise....they have letters of intent to arrest the perps sent to Musk.

All legal and everything.

Trump’s DoJ is a joke and I wouldn’t take anything they say or do seriously until we see anything specific.

You think they’re going to start arresting journalists for being critical of Musk?

Try it. Take the mask off and do it.

I know you guys have already forgotten, but you were all perfectly fine with this shit when it was election workers and school board members.

In fact, you were totally appalled when the DoJ said they would take action on it and called them the gestapo for doing so.

Critical is just fine....stupid is not against the law. (someone who doesn't want to stop waste, fraud, and abuse of our tax dollars is plain stupidity)
However threats of violence and soliciting violence are illegal.

Free speech is not being bruised or touched.
Solicitation of violence has always been illegal.

Reading the article, it is impossible to confuse what was written with anything criminal.

Wired is being censored by a government employee, which is an attack on free speech.

Why not read what was written instead of just making things up to complain about.

I don’t know who Tony Segura is, but he sounds like a right wing hack who believes crazy internet shit.

For normal rational people, it’s impossible to see anything illegal in the Wired article.

They’re being censored. By the government. That’s okay now?

If people would stop just believing whatever nonsense they read on twitter, we’d all be better off.

I hope the Supreme Court remembers when the Democrats came to their houses to
terrorize them.
