The unit was led by Andriy Biletsky, who served as the leader of both the Patriot of Ukraine (founded in 2005) and the SNA (founded in 2008). In 2010, Biletsky said Ukraine’s national purpose was to “lead the white races of the world in a final crusade … against Semite-led Untermenschen [inferior races].” Biletsky was elected to parliament in 2014. There are many laws that are criminal, like the War on Drugs, any federal firearm law, any federal medical legislation, etc.
The Constitution is very clear in dividing up jurisdiction between federal and state, and very little was allocated to the federal government.

The Sudetenland, Czechoslovakia, and Poland actually were parts of Germany before the Treaty of Versailles, so it is not clear Germany invaded anyone.
It was France, Russia, and England who then attacked and attempted to invade Germany.
Germany did not invade them, but defeated their attempted invasion, and then just continued.
