For all the ‘this is all about the oil’ folks….I say, so what. Do you suddenly hate $2 fuel?

Those on the left hate oil period. But, pretty much all Americans paying for gas want low prices.
They also want low prices on groceries. Which cost them a lot more than they spend on gasoline. And that Trump promised to lower starting on day one.

Iraq was about oil. That cost 4500 lives and tens of thousands maimed and mentally scarred.

Trillions added to the debt and an entire region of the world destabilized

Was THAT worth a couple Pennie’s less per gallon?

When strong nations beat up on weak ones, it is a symptom of their decline.

This was clearly an instance of America losing, as no where in its constitution is this sort of behavior authorized.
Democrats do a pretty good job of beating up on the US:

  • limiting Domestic energy companies
  • Mandating vaccines
  • Mandating Healthcare insurance product purchases.
  • Punishing people who question or refuse vaccines.
  • Mandating DEI regurgitation over STEM skills set development

Those on the left hate oil period. But, pretty much all Americans paying for gas want low prices.
The average American household spends roughly $2,000 to $2,800 per year on gasoline,

A US family of four spends roughly $12,000 to over $19,000 annually on groceries,

I paid a thousand dollars less on groceries in 2025 compared to 2024. No matter how you slice the pie, Biden and the dems had an average of 5% inflation per year for four years. Trump's inflation has been about 2.7% in his first year. The only reason grocery prices are high is because democrat's 20% inflation total over four years is added onto Trump's roughly 3%. Any "high" prices are all dem's fault.

once prices go up, they don’t come back down.

Today, the super moral, super decent, super well principled left believe the incursion in Venezuela is below board and immoral but today fewer drugs are leaving Venezuela headed for our sons and daughters, the people of Venezuela feel liberated, Russia and China have lost influence and the U.S. controls 20% of the worlds oil reserves. Sounds horrible huh?

We control what again.

Great, less drugs where again?

Memes only work when they contain an element of truth in them.
TDS addled posters can't meme.
The only arguments you have made thus so far, to explain to me why the U.S. can claim the right to kidnap foreign leaders for being indicted in OUR courts. . . are naught but name calling and creating straw-man arguments.

The simple, restated fact is, when the U.S. engages in this sort of behavior, it gives our rivals the right to do the same w/o any consequences to be expected.

The U.S. administration claiming the right to do this to the leader of Venezuela on the claim he is wanted in the U.S. for violations of OUR law, would be akin to the Chinese doing the same to the leader of Japan, S. Korea, etc., just by making the claim that said leader violated the speech laws of the CCP.

Yup, that is the same symptom of the end of emprire. . .

. . . . it is nothing but entrenchment and theft via the government and bureaucracy. The folks that run these organizations get increasingly desperate.

Highly doubtful, unless you made a major lifestyle change, or a family member left.
I keep track of my expenses in a Quicken program. Nothing changed from last year to the year before. Of course you will call me a liar because you have a narrative you need to push.

Just because you are either not listening, or too stoopid to understand how we are in a worse position? Does not mean that we aren't.

You have been told, a few times already.

Holy shit!
This crazy bullshit again…You professional internet’ers / globalists have been telling us for years that Russia and China are our boogeyman while you MisterBeale have cheered as Mexico and brownies have destroyed us at our core, fed fentanyl to our sons and maimed, raped and murdered our daughters at a clip barely second to ex slaves.
We aren’t buying that foolish lie…no Russian or Chinese man has raped our daughters.

You really just called me a globalist when you are literally the one defending it?

Well, good thing you're not in charge.
Interesting that you mention straw-man arguments proceeded with straw-man scenarios.
We'll just have to agree to disagree, Mr. B.
Best regards.

How can I defend American imperialism and globalism at the same time?

What you clearly haven't yet realized is that globalists control our government...both parties. So what you're seeing happening is not really "American imperialism"... it's globalist imperialism in action. I mean, use your noodle. Who do you think already controls most of the world, and wants to take over the entire world, including the countries not playing along? You're literally cheerleading for the worst, most evil people in the world... the globalists, the elites, who don't care one whit about you or me. They think of all of us like chattel.

Lol the relationship between imperialism and globalism is close.
