When Trump pressured Comey to squash investigation of Flynn, who later pled guilty, he committed Obstruction of Justice.

Further, Trump was tampering with witnesses by Pardon dangling and more then likely caused Manafort to dick the investigation around and ultimately refuse co-operation.

You can get off the colluded crap right now. There is no law against collusion. If Trump was guilty of "Collusion" that would have been legally classified as Treason, not collusion. He, himself, didn't commit treason. Can't say the same for those around him though. The Charges that will stick are under the heading of Obstruction. And that's pretty clear numerous times. But as long as you republicraps keep covering from him and lying for him, the Senate will never convict. Now, if the majority of the House votes to impeach and lays out a solid case the Senate may be forced to convict or be ran out of office in 2020 on a rail. Or the House can present the case to the public without impeachment in a solid case and let the voters decide. If they do this, the Senate flips hard left.
