Food prices completely unacceptable.... Wake up Democrats...

Yes it has slowed.... But it is already too high and growing. But you're right of course....it Has slowed way down. Maybe that's why they're quiet?

Jo

Still $3.50 gas out west. $5.50 in CA.

Food all over the map but appears dropping to me.

Bag of chips nearly $3.50 to $5? Nearly $3 for a 2-liter diet coke? Used to be $0.99 before 2019?

My grocery bill is the same for the last 6 months. Actually I am seeing better sale items than I have in a while but that could be summer prices for produce. Not nearly as bad as it was a couple years ago when prices were soaring. It might be because fuel costs are lower but I’m not sure.
yea same here...i just went this morning....still spending a hundred bucks though.....

Working people mostly get upset when 401K begins to drop 10% quickly.

It feels bad to see things increase 2X-10X over weeks when you have a gut feeling it is being caused by a corrupted GOVT. That's all//

Grocery prices look pretty good to me. They have come down significantly.
Beef and veal prices have been increasing and are expected to continue to rise throughout 2025 and into 2026, driven by a combination of tight supplies, consistent demand, and rising production costs.

Yeah there's a shortage of processing plants for beef. This is where the state or county government could come in handy for the people that pay taxes into them.

Also the incentives for young ranchers are not there. The current crop of ranchers are aging and the farms are going more and more over to corporate conglomerates which is usually bad news for prices.

Then of course there's always the protesters who have decided that everyone should eat vegetables and nothing that used to have motor skills.

Not seeing that here but you really don’t give a shit about prices going, as you stated a couple years ago.

Northeast.....

Ground beef up to 5 bucks for the 73 percent...8 bucks for the 90 percent. That's way up.

Organic $6 for 90% here, $5 for 80%, bee that way for a while. I have seen a couple stores at $7-$9 at a couple of stores

So why aren't the dems shoving this up Trump's ass? Looks like a very big missed opportunity to me.

I don't care, I will buy what I want, and I do. It is yous fags that whined and cried about prices, alas alack.

I don't know if Trump forgot how he got into office but he should remember one key element of his victory had a lot to do with grocery prices.

I haven't heard much from the administration lately on ways to fix that.... I'm surprised that the Democrats haven't picked up this issue. Instead they're worried about people with green hair and people who can't figure out what sex organ they have between their legs.

This is low hanging fruit Democrats! Is it beneath you to squawk about it or are you much more concerned with having margaritas in the company of human traffickers?

Don't worry. I'm sure they'll get to it...

They're probably consumed with trying to work out their plan for amnesty for illegal aliens...

Milk, eggs, a lot of canned goods, some proteins are quite a bit improved here over a year ago. Butter and coffee prices are holding about the same.

A lot of produce--lettuce, celery, cucumbers, potatoes, tomatoes, radishes are still unacceptably inflated as is bread. Prices aren't going steadily higher as they were under Biden, but on a lot of items we haven't seen them go lower either.

I think until the Fed reduces interest rates and all the tarriff deals are completed, we won't see a lot of relief in groceries. I'm sure enjoying lower prices at the gas pump though and in our utility bills.
