You leftoid sheep are like lambs to the slaughter and you keep trying to take the rest of us with you. We ain't going. Our Liberty was too har won, too hard kept.

On Monday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Faulkner Focus,” Fox News Medical Contributor and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine Professor Dr. Marty Makary argued that the biggest failure in the coronavirus pandemic response is the failure to tailor policies based on individual risk, and that “those who have chosen not to get vaccinated and have not had COVID, they do so at their own individual risk. We’ve never seen this level of martial law and paternalism to prevent mild infection in 300 million Americans.”
Makary said, [relevant remarks begin around 5:45 ] “Look, the greatest failure of the pandemic response by public health officials has been the failure to recognize that the risk of this virus is not equally distributed in the population, and while it may have made sense when we didn’t know what we were dealing with to have one simple message for everybody. Now, it has to be custom-tailored. That means if — look, if somebody has no immunity and they’re old and vulnerable, they’ve got no vaccinated and no natural immunity, sure, they need to be very careful. We need to protect those people right now. But the risk in a young, healthy person is very different from somebody in that situation. We’ve never acknowledged that we need to custom-tailor the policies according to the individuals. And those who have chosen not to get vaccinated and have not had COVID, they do so at their own individual risk. We’ve never seen this level of martial law and paternalism to prevent mild infection in 300 million Americans.”

So is this a doctor that you know and trust or are you just repeating him because he is saying things that support your agenda?

Me either. Lived through polio or real health issues, even hardcore democrats like FDR NEVER proposed mandates or lockdowns. Nope. Over an illness that is 99% survivable or a vaccine that doesn't actually do shit. 48 to 68% efficacy for a illness that has mutated into "omicron". Wow, then what? We are bored to death with the variants?

Martial Law? Exactly where did the Federal government impose it? Don't get carried away with yourself.

 Wow. That is the most intelligent statement I've read in days. I wasn't sure there were any intelligent people left in the country. Way too clever, sure to fly right over all our bureaucrat's heads.

Remember the promise a few months back that there would be no mandates? Martial law hasn't occurred yet but only because these people understand the kind of hell-raising that'd happen here if they tried it. So... what's the difference between a conspiracy theory and reality? ABOUT 6 MONTHS...

But martial law HAS occurred. In many places at many times the past year, curfews and such have been issued. Last year I remember not even being allowed out on the road unless you had firm cause! Even New Year's Eve, the normal 58,000 crowd is going to be limited to only 5800.

When that Lieutenant in military gear carrying an M-60 tells people to go home they are not allowed at Time Square this Friday night, I bet most of them can tell you about martial law. Instead of the NG, they even have troops now working at Covid stations and such, which is clearly ILLEGAL!

But it's OK, Toob, they are just helping out! It is all a matter of degrees. The military, once accepted and in place can have their orders changed on a dime.

Does you liberty extend to you the right to perpetually infect the rest of society because you hate democrats, know nothing about vacinnes and adhere to conspiracy theories?

Bullshit. You're an ignoramus of mountainous proportions. Stick to your filthy bibles you dickheads. Ask God to protect you and don't go to publicly funded hospitals when your family get sd sick. Die in the street like bums. You deserve no less yet you call yourselves patriots and Americans. You are nothing.

Damned right, if you get covid, don't call the fire rescue or go to the hospital.

You will lose all your 'liberties' then.

The vaccine freaks, Fauci and Gates, only care about selling vaccines even though they don't work. We had a couple of cheap, effective treatments from the very beginning but Fauci's efforts to marginalize them was what enabled big Pharma to develop these new vaccines that don't work. In other words, Fauci prevented life saving treatments from being used so he could sell vaccines that don't work. His policies killed hundreds of thousands of people. He IS the swamp.

Dr. Marty Makary said it was OVER last June. He's ambitious and needs headlines.

Excerpt:

It is for this reason that Dr. Makary believes that the COVID pandemic is indeed over, for the U.S. at least. He credited this success to natural immunity, which American scientists have failed to study more closely. The John Hopkins School of Public Health professor told CBN News, "It's one of the biggest failures of our medical establishment to dismiss natural immunity. It works. It's durable."

Dr. Makary added that it is now time to declare the end of the COVID pandemic. He argued, "We need to move on. We need to reestablish the human connection. We've got to address the effects of profound loneliness and rebuilding communities."
