My point was that if weed effects the body and mind no differently than than alcohol,which studies show is the case, then it should be treated no different than alcohol. That's just logic. Throwing some in prison for years simply for smoking weed, but having alcohol be completely legal when they are broth drugs and have very similar effects is unfair, especially when people are killed more from alcohol than weed by a very wide margin.
