Florida has had 59,000 deaths from the coronavirus. They're getting 1,800 new cases a day at present.

California has had 71,300 deaths and is getting 4,300 news cases a day.

Florida has 21 million people, California has 37 million people.

This means that Florida has a death rate of 0.28%
California has a death rate of 0.19%

Something tells me it's better in California.

California has had 1,433 deaths in the last 15 days, Florida has had 1,630 deaths.

So, even though it's much smaller than California, in the last two weeks, Florida has had more deaths, even though it has had 28,919 new cases to California's 74,221.

This tells me one thing. Less cases in Florida, but more deaths. Which would you prefer?
