Florida's still going to have a booming tourist trade. Lots of states do so without the "benefit" of The House of Mouse planted in their midst like a turd in a punch bowl. And Disney will either stubbornly cling to that site, which means they have to pay property taxes on it whether they're making money from it or not, or they'll sell it, which means Florida will be collecting from whomever buys it.
