Fish nuggets? Why not.

Thaw fillets enough to cut into nuggets, freeze on tray, bag and use as needed. Great 'finger food'. shown is Haddock nuggets. I save the 'egg wash' used for breading for pancakes next morning. Nothing is wasted.

It's a great idea I wonder if it will sell in the fast-food industry. I think it might.
