Authentic Philly cheese steaks

Yep, I was surprised too when I went to the old Dupont automotive paint plant in Philly and they took us to get some....I thought they were BSing us.....Damn good though.

I swear though they had the best Italian food you ever put in your mouth. I stayed at the home of my first line supervisor's mother, the whole area was Italian back then and I swear I don't think that woman slept for the three days I was there.....All she did was cook and everything was from scratch.

Every evening time was spent at the corner bar.....People would come up to me and ask me to say something "southern" as I have a deep Virginia accent....Great folks but I'd not want to get on their bad side.

One of the worst mistakes John Kerry ever made was in Philadelphia and he ordered a cheesesteak sandwich with Swiss cheese. He lost the election right there.

John Kerry is unbelievably stupid.

Serious question. Life or death matter.

Are authentic Philly cheese steaks made with Cheeze Wiz?
Cheez Whiz blows.

I lived in Philly for 15 years and really have had my "phil' of cheesesteaks. Ironically, the best Philly Cheese Steak I ever had was in Boulder CO. But they used filet, so it was basically cheating.

They can be but NOT necessarily. Per Pat's Steaks menu when ordering:
