Federal judge stalls Obama s executive action on immigration


Finally a judge with some balls.

Yep, the dems know they're toast on this issue, that's why they are slow walking the appeal, they could have asked for an expedited appeal and didn't. The judge may have also provided a way to stop the FCC and their internet taxes, they failed to follow the Government Procedures Act by not giving advanced notice and allowing public input.

I thought Obama said the people were always going to have the chance to review things before action taken

I guess he found he couldn't deliver that either
