Federal charges in the Breonna Taylor case.

A better look at the actual case......

Specifically, the feds say the following claims were false:

Two points here before we sing "Kumbaya", Dick Tiny.

First, if this was a white guy shooting at ATF agents and his girlfriend was killed, you'd be screaming bloody murder. Because these are EXACTLY the kinds of things you've said about Waco and Ruby Ridge. I wouldn't. My position would be the same. You shoot at law enforcement, whatever happens next is on you.

Second, while some of these facts are interesting, the source is Ann Coulter, someone who is regulated to the fringe because even Fox News won't have her on.

So let's concentrate on one element of the incident... was a body found in the trunk of Taylor's car that Jamarcus Glover put there?

Well, half true.

Breonna Taylor rented a car in December 2016 and loaned it to her then-boyfriend Jamarcus Glover. Fernandez Bowman was later found dead in the car, according to WKYT. He had been shot eight times and “was found slumped over the wheel,” The New York Times reported.

...

An August 2020 feature on Taylor’s life in The New York Times explained that Taylor began dating Glover in 2016. In December of that year, Glover asked her to rent a car for him to use. That month, a man named Fernandez Bowman, aka Rambo, was found dead inside the car. He had been shot eight times. Glover told investigators that he gave Bowman the keys because Bowman needed to “run an errand.” Also found in the car were “three baggies of drugs,” according to The Times.

“Investigators noted that they believed Ms. Taylor had no knowledge of the killing,” The Times reported. Investigators asked Taylor if she was involved in drug deals, according to The Times, an allegation she denied. Taylor also denied knowing Bowman, reported WKYT in August 2020.

In February 2017, Quenton Hall was arrested by the Louisville Metro Police Department and accused in the shooting death of Bowman. Hall has a lengthy criminal record that includes drug and weapons charges.

WLKY reported in February 2017 that police said Hall was “wanted for a fresh homicide” when police tried to pull him over for not signaling his turn. He hit a police car and drove away, WLKY reported, but was quickly arrested. “Police found marijuana and pills and inside the vehicle a large amount of meth and heroin and a loaded 9mm gun,” WLKY reported.

WLKY reported that “Bowman was shot and killed” on December 2, 2016, and that “he was found dead in his car after crashing into a home on South 25th Street.” The outlet did not report anything the car being a rental or belonging to someone else.

So, actually, kind of bad. She rented a car that was later found to have a dead body and drugs in it. So hardly the "Model Citizen" pknopp and Superbadbrutha are making her out to be. This IS someone who should have been on the police's radar even if her name didn't come up on recordings of Glover in prison saying that she had his drugs and money. But not what you and Ann Coulter tried to make her out to be, either.

Nothing, because she was not harboring a known criminal. Show me the police report that states that she was.
See above. When they find dead bodies and drugs in your car, you should be on Police Radar.

No, he was walking home from the store just as he explained to the officers.

Wearing a ski mask, acting erratically

The officer and those who injected him with an overdose are on trial as they should be.

Yes, because when you prosecute first responders for doing their jobs, they are going to be really keen to do their jobs.

Or not.

She had a boyfriend that was into things and she left him. Bill Clinton flew around with Epstein but never left him. Fair enough?

We don't hire first responders to give people overdoses.

She should have left him when the body and the drugs were found in her car. Bill dumped Epstein when it was clear Epstein was in to some shady shit.

We do if they look like they are on drugs and having an incident.

He never did.

But all the same, you are condemning someone over a past association. Hypocritically so we might add.

They never considered him being on drugs. Just lies, lies, lies out of you. You are starting to make Trump look honest in comparison.

One officer even threatened to sic his dog on McClain if he did not comply with their demands, despite him not committing any crime.

His resistance resulted in the cops using two illegal carotid chokeholds on McClain twice as they tried to subdue him.

Cichuniec and Cooper, two paramedics, arrived on the scene and quickly assessed the situation. It took about 15 minutes for them to decide their course of action. In their speed, they misdiagnosed him with “excited delirium,” and injected the 143-pound man with 500 mg of ketamine — a dose that would have been excessive for a 200-pound person.

No you should be in jail. Wonder why she wasn't arrested.
Wearing a ski mask, acting erratically
When is wearing a ski mask illegal? What is acting erratic?
Yes, because when you prosecute first responders for doing their jobs, they are going to be really keen to do their jobs.
Lying to obtain a search warrant and murdering innocent black women is not their job.

Yup, we totally need to prosecute First Responders for doing their jobs.
Just don't be surprised when they stand in the hallway until the mass shooter runs out of bullets.

He never did.

But all the same, you are condemning someone over a past association. Hypocritically so we might add.

Was one of Epstein's girls found dead in Clinton's car with a bag of blow?

They never considered him being on drugs. Just lies, lies, lies out of you. You are starting to make Trump look honest in comparison.

They didn't?

After McClain was restrained, more officers arrived and audio of the conversation records them saying that McClain was "acting crazy", that he was "definitely on something", and that he had attacked them with "incredible, crazy strength" when they tried to restrain him. They also said that, at one point, three officers were on top of McClain, who was 5 feet 6 inches (1.68 m) tall and weighed 140 pounds (64 kg).[23] Without speaking with or touching him, paramedics injected him with 500 mg of ketamine, a dose that would have been too much for a 200 pound person, as a sedative for a condition called excited delirium.[25] McClain was then transferred to the ambulance. The medic who had administered ketamine noticed McClain's chest "was not rising on its own, and he did not have a pulse."[26] He was pronounced brain dead on August 27 and died three days later, on August 30, 2019.[10] [17]

And he wasn't was he? Incompetent people with badges.

They couldn't grasp the simple concept of a person wanting to be left alone while simply walking home from the store.

Did you bother to read the articles I posted. Go back and read them, then have someone explain the big words to you.

In short- it was her car. She loaned it to Drug Kingpin Jamarcus Glover, who loaned to an associate who went out and got himself shot while delivering drugs. So, no, as some right wing posters claimed, the body wasn't "in the trunk", but it still looks really bad. Not enough to send her to jail, she had plausible deniability. But man, when her name comes up again as someone who is picking up packages for him and that she is holding his money, she's hardly the bystander the race pimps have been making her out to be.

Wearing a ski mask in the middle of August, walking down the street flailing your arms.

Lying to obtain a search warrant and murdering innocent black women is not their job.

Except, as much as I hate to give him credit, 2AGuy has a point. They didn't really lie. They might have drawn inferences that were incorrect, but they didn't lie.

Well, here's the thing. He died three days after the incident, which means that if he WAS on something, it probably passed his system long before his autopsy.

They lied. They told the judge things they knew to not be true.

Now you are saying the hospital was incompetent also. That would be the first thing they check for.

Again, politicians are always happy to throw First Responders under the bus.

And then wonder why no one wants to do that job anymore.

For those playing along at home, I have a business writing resumes... Can't tell you how many teachers, police officers, etc. are my customers because they are just sick of the bullshit.

And all the cops have to do to be left alone is to be a decent human but for some that is an unreachable goal.

McClain explained to them that he was an introvert that liked to be left alone. He told them where he had been and where he was going. Even pointing out his house to them. They had ZERO evidence he had done anything illegal but they had this insane need to choke him out anyway.

It would have taken 5 minutes to follow him home and then go to the store to check out his story. But they had to choke him out and drug him instead and this is the world you support.

It's why things burned.
