They made the overly broad demand from Wray for 1 of 2 reasons: 1) If Wray produced what they requested, they could have a fishing expedition with all the documents they received, to try to find anything that would make Biden look bad, or 2) If Wray denied the request, they'd have a reason to tell the public why they want him gone.I can tell you.
