The reason why Wray probably ignored this is because it's not a serious request. I'd be surprised if Biden's name isn't on at least a third of all documents in the FBI databases, if not more. They made the overly broad demand from Wray for 1 of 2 reasons: 1) If Wray produced what they requested, they could have a fishing expedition with all the documents they received, to try to find anything that would make Biden look bad, or 2) If Wray denied the request, they'd have a reason to tell the public why they want him gone.
