Fauci just said on Radio....It's important to stay up with your boosters because immunity wanes

As the data shows, and even Trump now admits, Americans who receive vaccinations and boosters are less likely to be infected, much less likely to require hospitalization, and far less likely to die.

Public health professionals are contending with a formidable health problem, and science-deniers who rather believe ideological media entertainers make their job much harder.

Vaccinated are getting MORE infections not less. Hospitalizations are now neutral. The only thing you must cling to now are deaths and that won't last long

I got two doses of the vaccine on the advise of a healthcare professional I trust with my life and how had spent more than a year treating COVID patients in a negative pressure ward.

I have COPD and she saw what the virus did to those that had it.

I have no regrets for getting it at all, but do not plan any more shots. The virus has mutated down to not that much of a threat any longer so no reason to get more shots.

Well at least your starting to backtrack. I agree that based on the info you had AT THE TIME and given your condition the shots were a good bet. But they have still failed. Look at the ICU numbers here.

Did an ideologues tell you that, or did a public health expert?

Please provide a source, if any.

Another one: durable antibodies considerably LOWER in those who were vaccinated than in the unvaccinated

Well at least your starting to backtrack.

I am not backtracking at all, my position has not changed.

If you want the shot, get. If you do not, then don't.

I do not understand this need people have to ridicule those who make a different choice than their own, nor the need to try and convivence people one way or the other.

There are now more threads on the vaccine than there ever was on the virus.

pg 3 of 5. Most gov stopped providing the info because it made them look so bad. God bless Walgreen's though

COVID booster effectiveness wanes but remains strong, study shows

New CDC Studies: COVID-19 Boosters Remain Safe, Continue to Offer High Levels of Protection Against Severe Disease Over Time and During Omicron and Delta Waves

It should be clear to everyone that physicians, organizations, companies, anyone involved with recommending, enabling, or providing the jabs has to desperately fight anything that reveals that they are much more deadly than reported. The criminal and civil liability would be unprecedented in scope - dwarfing Nuremberg levels.

There is no way you will see any reports coming from any recognized "credible" source like the CDC or FDA or any government agency that promoted the vaccines or hospitals or drug companies - that does anything but affirm the jab safety. All dissenters continued to be cancelled.

Vaccines work. They’re not cures.

Real vaccines work, but mRNA injections contain no pathogen for the immune system to remember, so they do not work at all.
No vaccine is a cure, but once vaccinated with a real vaccine, then almost no one should ever get infected.

Israel — the poster child for COVID-19 vaccination and the first country to reach herd immunity — has seen a recent rise in cases. Recently, most of the people testing positive are vaccinated, reported The Washington Post.

The trend has brought a slew of questions about the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines and the implications of new strains for future outbreaks. While these trends initially seem like cause for vaccine skepticism, a closer look at Israel’s current outbreaks shows that vaccines are effective and working — even against the delta variant.

So instead of the vaccine preventing infection, it is increasing infection.
The % of vaccinated getting infected is higher than the total infection rate.

Okie Dokie. You know better than real scientists and infectious disease specialists

... Recently, most of the people testing positive are vaccinated...
Yes, variants are still arising.
Just like in many other countries, the recent outbreak has been driven by the more contagious and “more vaccine-resistant” delta variant, reported The Washington Post.
Unlike in many other countries, most of the people testing positive in Israel are vaccinated, reported The Washington Post.
  • But this should not be surprising, according to epidemiologist Katelyn Jetelina, per The Washington Post.
  • “The more vaccinated a population, the more we’ll hear of the vaccinated getting infected,” she said.
And Israel has one of the most vaccinated populations in the world. About 60% of the nation’s entire population of 9.3 million has received at least one vaccine dose, reported Reuters. Among adults, about 85% have been vaccinated which means that Israel’s vaccinated community is five times larger than its unvaccinated community.
The Israel Health Ministry’s data analysis has produced some new estimates about the effectiveness of Pfizer vaccines, according to The Washington Post:
  • In protecting against infection, Pfizer vaccines are 95% effective for the alpha variant but only 64% effective for the delta variant.
  • In preventing symptomatic COVID-19 cases, Pfizer vaccines are 97% effective for the alpha variant but only 64% effective for the delta variant.
  • In preventing hospitalization and serious disease, Pfizer vaccines are 97.5% effective for the alpha variant and still 93% effective for the delta variant.
While the Pfizer vaccine is less effective against the delta variant, the vaccine’s effectiveness still far exceeds the 50% vaccine efficacy threshold required for WHO approval, according to the organization’s website.
“Just because a variant emerges that renders the vaccines less effective doesn’t mean those vaccines weren’t effective in the first place,” according to The Washington Post.

Because WE were ridiculed and pounded and threatened with "winter of death" for making what now looks like the better decision.

Most rational folks respect public health experts in matters of public health, just as they recognize the superior expertise of climatologists regarding climatology.

Some place their unquestioning faith in their media entertainers.
