Perhaps you can explain why Benedict Donald allowed the Taliban to not abide by 6 of the 7 conditions of the Doha Accords. Including and especially the condition that they stop ISIS and Al Qaeda from using Afghanistan as a base for terrorist attacks against Americans, like that one at the airport. Shouldn't he have ensured compliance with the conditions of the conditional withdrawal before he withdrew nearly 80 % of the forces during 2020?
