I heard Charlie Kirk make a point that I agree with: Canada, 51st state? Who wants them? I agree--- who wants Canada, that would be like adding another Super-California state of globalist whackjob liberals to the union--- who needs that? They would all mostly end up voting for democrats.

Canada has a fraction of our economy yet everything there costs much more. Canadians make less money, less opportunity, yet a house or car is WAY more expensive there.

If they were stupid enough to elect another liberal, they deserve exactly what they get. Their new PM, his two top priorities now:

1. Making sure that combating global warming is at the heart of every decision they make!
2. Making sure they don't lose face to Trump.

Alberta and Saskatchewan are quite conservative, they'd make two excellent states. Maybe British Columbia as well, many conservative areas in BC, but they need a name change.

I guess I was lucky. A little over two years ago, I flew to London to attend a funeral.
Actually, it was all south of London, I never went into the city.
The people I dealt with were very British.

I got to ride both to the Rendlesham Forest and to Stonehenge with a car load of some very interesting people.

But the contact I;ve had with both Brit's and Canadian's is quite different.
