Fantastic Day in Court for Trump!

'For that reason, rather than prematurely decide now whether application of 18 U.S.C. § 793(e) in these circumstances yields unsalvageable vagueness despite the asserted judicial glosses, the Court elects to deny the Motion without prejudice, to be raised as appropriate in connection with jury-instruction briefing and/or other appropriate motions."

You do understand what that means right?
It means they lost a long shot.

Alvin's "hush money" case is coming up the end of March, so we'll see how that goes.

Fani's "election interference" case could be shit-canned tomorrow, we'll see.

Smith's J6 case is going nowhere fast

Smith's mishandling classified docs case looks horrible after Biden was just given a pass for stealing them.

Trump is still facing an uphill battle, but he hasn't lost a case yet...

...and the Leftest scum leaders of this Banana Republic are telling all you stupid TDS afflicted Moon Bats that all political opponents of the Leftest regime must be punished.
OMG I just get tired of this ^^^ bullshit every day.
You ramble on like the tired old man you represent.
Ad Nauseam......

Just take a nap.

So, now judges that won’t rule the way you want, just throw em out, right?
Cannon has been overruled a number of times in this area...

Cannon is a very inexperienced judge for this role and it shows...

This is a pretty horrendous mistake:

Those witnesses recieved death threats and if anything was to happen to them then Cannon would held responsible and removed from the case... I used to think she was biased but I think she really lacks the experience and doesn't seem to properly advised.

In a 2023 federal trial of an Alabama man accused of running a child pornography website, Cannon closed the jury selection to the public on the basis of space restrictions and also failed to swear in the jury.

She is biased and has been for a long time.

In the case of Christopher Tavorris Wilkins, a 34-year-old man from Palm Beach Gardens who, in court, threw a chair at and threatened to kill a federal prosecutor, Cannon in April 2022 added 6.5 years of imprisonment to his existing 17.5 year sentence for gun charges.

In the case of Paul Vernon Hoeffer, a 60-year-old man from Palm Beach Gardens who pleaded guilty to making death threats against three Democrats: Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and prosecutor Kim Foxx, with federal sentencing guidelines recommending 33 and 41 months in prison, and prosecutors proposing 41 months, Cannon in April 2022 sentenced Hoeffer to 18 months in prison and then three years of supervised release, and also fined him $2,000.

Deflection

Every single case is falling apart.
In a prerecorded interview that aired Wednesday, Trump effortlessly unraveled the work of his defense team, telling Newsmax’s Greg Kelly point blank that he actually did take the classified documents, describing the process of shamelessly packing them away while leaving office.
“I took ’em very legally,” Trump said. “And I wasn’t hiding them.”
“We had boxes on the front of the—and a lot of those boxes had clothing and a lot of—we were moving out, OK? Unfortunately, we were moving out of the White House. And because we’re moving out of the White House our country is going to hell.”

this is Trump confession, his defense has fallen apart.

How come Democrats refuse to quote the law? The answer is simple, if anybody reads the law they see that Trump did not violate the law, in any way shape or form

And Biden was found to have willfully taken classified documents. Where are his charges? Oh yeah, I forgot, they won't charge him because he's a nice old elderly man with memory issues and, as such, they don't think they could get a jury to convict a senile old man.

Oh, hell... I thought you clowns actually had something substantial to talk about...

Not some yahoo making an amateur op-ed selfie-video from the cab of a pick-em-up truck...

Your Orange Baboon-God got his nasty a$$ kicked several times over in the law courts today...

Denial of petition to dismiss based upon Constitutional grounds...

Have fun with your, hallucinations, as even The Democratic Party's old reliable "wrag" called msnbc... have admitted that Donald Trump got his way. Once the court "kicked the can down the road" pal. Check out the Dems here weeping and whining about Judge Cannon's decisions:

Therefore you have fun dancing in the, puddles, as it rains on you sorryA$$ Democrats once again.

not charged because crimes require Mens Rea aka criminal intent. Biden's lawyers informed authorities about this documents, then fully cooperated with returning the documents.
By contrast, Trump lied about the documents he had, and obstructed the government's efforts to find out what documents he actually had taken. Eventually, after many months of Trump refusing to return the classified docs, they had to do a search. The obstruction is criminal intent.

President Trump had a great day in court today! Judge Cannon really let into Smith for everything he tried to get over in the court. Listen to this video :)

You are an idiot, a moron, and aggressively ignorant. The appeal was denied, you Russobot Piece of Shit.
