Hmmm....MSNBC airing this video shot by the wife of Keith Scott. She has video of the incident using her cell phone. She tries to tell cops that he has a TBI. They shoot him anyway and then video playing on MSNBC now is stopped to show several things happening when she comes closer around the vehicles where her husband is lying on the ground. Looks like one of the cops throws down a gun.

No wonder the CPD doesn't want to show THEIR video.....
