There were multiple uniformed identified police entities ordering her to stop. But for her attempt to flee and evade a lawful stop, she would not have been shot, correct?

We see the officer directly in front of the vehicle when she accelerates. I don't see how a jury would not find the officer reasonably in fear of his life or imminent harm.

I'm guessing that the agent had his gun drawn and was pointing at her before she accelerated. That is standard police procedure in such an incident.
