Family Rollercoaster

I don't see parenthood that way at all. I like it. Not being a parent would be the so called payback or curse

You haven't lived through a daughter(s) during the hormonal PMS teen years?

If you have, then you're lying. If you haven't, you're clueless.

I promise!

It's always amazed me that kids are born with their own unique personality.

Yep. My twins are night and day different. One is painfully shy, the other outgoing. One is right handed, the other left handed. They're peas and carrots. If you see one, the other is somewhere nearby---because that's where they want to be. They LIKE each other a lot.

When they learned their numbers---the right handed child learned the even numbers, the left handed child learned the odd numbers.

They were conceived at the same time. Gestated side by side. Delivered a minute apart. They have shared *everything* in life, including me. They've never known what it's like to have their Mom to themselves for any extended period.

And yet, they are so very different. And at 15 (and a half), they're now *really* becoming their own people. Hewwwboy....yeah. The apron strings are being slowly, torturously severed. One day at a time on the creep to 18. Each day is a challenge lately. :(
