I don't know if they were "spy services" - but did it help that the Russians hacked the DNC, and released their emails showing massive corruption in the DNC, Clinton campaign, and media? Sure, likely some. Frankly, I don't like that the DNC ignored the FBIs warnings, and didn't have better security, but at the same time I am happy that their corruption was exposed.
