Even HUD is hyper-partisan now

What is untrue? The Democrats didn’t vote for the CR, ergo, they are responsible for shutting down the government. I guess you could argue the ā€œradicalā€ part, but the reality is that the Democratic Party has been taken over my radicals, so it isn’t wrong.

This is a pathetic attempt to normalize behavior that is clearly in violation of the Hatch Act.

This is why I say republicans are bad at math.

It's not the democrats that stopped the budget, it was the republicans.
Republicans have enough votes that they can pass a budget without a democrat voting for it.
If they can't keep their cats herded to get their simple majority, it's their own fault.

The Democrats didn't vote for the CR. That means that, in fact, they are responsible for the shutdown. Well, them and Rand Paul. Stating a fact is not illegal, no matter how much it hurts your feelings.

By the way, where were you when the IRS was actively targeting conservative organizations? That goes a bit deeper than an out of office reply or a banner on web site, don't you think?

"This correspondence from Federal Government Officials could be considered a violation of the Hatch Act," Michael Fallings, a partner at Tully Rinckey, an employment law firm, said in a statement. "The Hatch Act prohibits engaging in political activity while in an official capacity, including communication that contains advocacy in opposition to a political party. Here, while the reference to Democrats alone likely does not constitute a violation, the explicit blaming of the Democratic Party for the shutdown and 'reference to radical left' may constitute a violation."

Calling them "radical left" is opinion, not fact.

The IRS targeted organizations that implied politicization of what is supposed to be a non-political organization structure. They targeted organizations on both sides, in a policy that originated before the Obama administration.

He ordered someone to change the website and have this partisan messaging on government resources.

That’s okay with you.

Where are the limits?
Admitting your party is the "Radical Left" Kudos.

1,000% Ratty Kudos

Strange logic.
The republicans didn't vote for it either.
Their majority allows them to pass the bill without any democrat votes.

Nope. They needed 60 votes to avoid a filibuster. Only 1 Republican voted against it as did 44 Democrats. Democrats were the problem.

Actually the 60 votes says either side has to work in a bi-partisan manner to get things done.
