Which, incidentally, is incorrect. The last free elections in Germany during the Weimar Republic took place in November 1932. Adolf Hitler lost about 15% of his electorate and received around 1/3 of all votes (protest voters). Normally, he would only have been able to govern in a coalition. However, there was no such coalition. He was appointed chancellor by the president, and when the president died, Hitler also took over this office.

To be honest, Trump's calculations don't seem to add up at all. If he speculates that he will earn so many trillions with tariffs, how will the US population pay for this? But for him personally, that's a different matter, of course. Through abuse of power, he has already pocketed 3 billion for himself.
