Seriously, how is this heinous POS still Attorney General? The asshole should have been prosecuted for his complicity in Brian Terry's murder. There ain't no Justice in this Justice Department. And now he's playing the victim on this one. Just get this cretin some cuffs and and an orange jumpsuit. It's long long overdue.

Attorney General Eric Holder disputed a Government Accountability Office report on his use of Justice Department airplanes for personal trips, saying it overstated the number of trips he took and failed to recognize that some trips were job-related.

"My staff keeps telling me to take it easy, you know, well, this is one that gets me," Holder told Rep. Frank Wolf, R-Va., during a House Appropriations subcommittee hearing. "There was this notion that we've taken -- I think it was described as hundreds of personal trips. That was wrong. GAO counted flights, not round trips. And we looked at it and figured out from the time period that they were looking, we took not hundreds, but 27 personal, four combined -- official and nonpersonal trips -- and none of the trips that I took or that the [FBI] director took ever had an impact on the mission capability of those airplanes."

Holder made the comment when asked if he would report those trips to the General Services Administration in the future.

"We didn't have a reporting requirement that existed before," he said. "If they want to change those rules, we'd be more than glad to make sure that we share that information with the appropriate organization, but this is something that is really wide open."

Holder noted that he has responded to multiple Freedom of Information Act requests and provided the information to GAO, as well as to Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa.

"Just so that people understand that we're making appropriate use of DOJ aircraft," Holder told Wolf. "A lot of this stuff was described as mission and nonmission, and the way in which that was defined was not necessarily correct, because a nonmission trip -- for instance, the trip that I took to Newtown to visit the school after the shooting -- was described as a nonmission trip."

A protected Royal class now. Holder is a stone-cold criminal. So hard to fathom how he's still America's Attorney General. For his involvement in Brian Terry's murder alone, he should have been removed and then prosecuted.

I'm sure the Republicans in Congress will be all over this

I'm also sure that as usual, it will be a red herring

Yeah, but you would say that. It's always 'Party before Country' for you. You should be ashamed of yourself for defending the indefensible so much these days. But i know you're not. You're a very disingenuous person. You can never be trusted.

I agree. It's sickening that these days, the color and/or party of the person determines how matters are dealt with. If you object to your tax dollars being wasted on certain things, you meet the left's new definition of racism.

You're either a 'Racist' or a 'Terrorist.' Take your pick. Holder should be prosecuted. Brian Terry's family has yet to see Justice.

Holder: Reno: Waco

Enough said.

Holder should have been removed and prosecuted a long time ago. And Reno was never held accountable either. She played a major role in the slaughter of all those children. She couldn't even muster an apology. Both are despicable people.

Using taxpayer funded airplanes for his own personal use is the dead least of Eric Holder's crimes. Of course if he raped an underage boy that would still rank as low in his scale of crimes.

Yeah, impossibly hard to fathom how he's still America's top Law Enforcement official. The man is a criminal thug. He was complicit in Brian Terry's murder. He should be held accountable.

I always ask the same question when I see these kinds of stories...where is the background.
Is this, or is this not normal? What are the flight records of others who held his office?

It's wrong. And that should be enough.
