Sometimes like the last few weeks, laying out or swimming in the pool with friends, my kids, grandkids, etc. Sometimes vacationing (again with kid, grandkids and friends) on the coast, or the mountain snows or whitewater streams. I celebrate when and what I want, and do not mind other people celebrating when and what they want. You need to get over your self.

Michael Knowles made the point that the left wanted the "Juneteenth" holiday rather than, for example, Emancipation Proclamation Day or December 6th (the day the 13th Amendment became part of the Constitution) is because a holiday for either of those days would have to involve showing gratitude to others, rather than nursing and exacerbating a sense of grievance.
