When you go to apply for one. Now you may say that may not be for years BUT 2 million apply every year and it's kinda odd how no one is complaining they can't get their benefits because someone else is already claiming them.

The IRS often knows when this happens, when the imposter pays taxes. The Social Security Administration knows, too, for the same reason. And the nation's credit bureaus usually know, because the imposter often ends up applying for some form of credit. Plenty of financial institutions also have access to this information.

He robbed me blind----I had trouble divorcing because he HID-----he nevah paid child support ordered by court nor did he pay a judgment owned me. Time goes by---I have no doubt that he is collecting retirement benefits on MY WORK HISTORY (haven't seen the bum for more than 40 years) ---
uhm----in the interest of JUSTICE----something should "happen"

The man was such an animal I thought he could find a way
to disqualify it. (PS still an animal----has not seen his son
since age one----the kid is over 40) In any case I did manage
to divorce----he did not show up at trial but sent a lawyer to
"defend his rights"------so it is a legal divorce. I even have a
completely worthless "judgement"
