Biologically, sex is determined -- by the gender of the father's sperm that fertilizes the mother's ovum -- at conception -- but the small town cops and birthers are preaching a bloody sermon from the pulpit on Sunday, and they aren't going for the biology lesson any more than any of the other high school dropouts -- just a certficate scribbled out by the same doctor who performed the FGM respectively “bris” or circumcision on the baby, under the assumption of abortion-on-demand available to all women of the district.
