It shouldn't matter what the color of his skin is. He raped a defenceless old woman and will be punished according to the law.

I sort of agree but feel the last part may be a little off.

If you ended with, and should be punished by having his goolies hacked off with a blunt penknife, I wouldn't be able to fault your post at all.
