Belgium: Newcomer rapes his social worker in his prison cell

It turns out that capitalist market democracies are not viable without slave labor.
And so Scholz came to Uzbekistan to buy labor for Germany. Germans do not suit him - they are stubborn, support their rights, want normal wages. All officials in Europe and the USA have the same problem, only their indigenous population is not suitable for them.
There are so many overtime slaves here in Germany while millions are unemployed.

A Moroccan illegal migrant, who was arrested ten days after his arrival for burglary and aggravated theft raped his social worker who was assigned to him prior to his scheduled release. The horrible creature was labeled "aggressive", even with a sign in his cell, nevertheless the social worker had to go there alone.

"A Moroccan migrant who was jailed for burglary just days after arriving illegally in Belgium has been charged with raping a social worker in his prison cell during a visit to discuss his scheduled release.

Younes. I., 25, had only been in Belgium for ten days when he was arrested back in February for robbery and aggravated theft in Antwerp.

He was jailed after being found in possession of stolen goods including a watch and jewelry, as well as carrying a screwdriver. He was found to have been part of a gang targeting a residential street in the Belgian port city.

During his sentencing hearing, the court learned the suspect had been staying in Belgium illegally, but instead of enforcing a deportation order, the judge sentenced Younes I. to ten months in prison and a fine of €800.

The convict had been due for release in a few weeks and on Sept. 2, a social worker was assigned to his case to visit him in prison and discuss his future plans.

However, once alone with the social worker in his prison cell, Younes I. took the opportunity to rape her for several minutes before any reinforcements arrived to restrain him."

what does "ALONE IN THE PRISON CELL" mean. I have been in prison cells----and various other situations with prisoners----THERE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE GUARDS NEARBY---very nearby----armed

I don´t know for Belgium but it is probably similar to Germany. The regular guards don´t have arms. Only the guards at the outer ring, they carry sub-machine guns. The towers are not even used anymore. I was in prison until January 2023 for about 5 months because I didn´t pay their silly fees. 5 months for nothing. Its very calm there. The people who work have enough money, the others get pocket money. Food is fine. The guards throw around with tax-funded tobacco packs. Everyone has TV and even Playstation. Violence is a rare occurrence. My neighbor in the cell next door, I even worked with him for several weeks, had a huge swastika tattooed on his left chest. Even while we were the only Germans in the entire house, that didn´t make any foreigner go mad. And they had to see it everyday in the shower. It didn´t matter at all, could have been anything. No guards around on shower time. Cells open. Anything could have happened. The vast majority of them were Moroccans, followed by Albanians. Few Turks and only one black.

I would feel very uncomfortable working with prisoners under those conditions ESPECIALLY
considering the ethnicity of the prisoners. (excepting YOU, of course)

It turns things upside down. I had neighbors who were in need of care. The nursing service doesn´t stay a minute. Must be total stress.
Europe needs migrants, you can't deny that.

What fees?

I agree. But since the inmates are treated respectfully and have prospects of getting out, cases like this one normally never happen. If they behave, one third of their term will be cancelled, sometimes even the half.

the people who run the prison should be SUED

What fees?
They accused me of destroying a chair worth 15€ and awarded me a fine of 750€. They accused me of destroying some "furniture" without specifying it and fined me again: 950€. When I shot with an air gun at cans, they rushed over here, took my rifle at gunpoint. Fine: 1100€
That are three fees and I didn´t pay up. They normally put people in prison as a replacement sentence but they didin´t because of Covid. When that was over I had to serve all three replacement sentences in one long term. But I worked in the prison and went out after I earned enough to pay up. Otherwise I would have served one day for 15€.

And how this chair and furniture were destroyed?

We need migrants when we actually lack people. But as long as we have millions of unemployed why don´t we assign them to workplaces at first?
What you mean 'assign'? You can't force people to do some work if they don't want to.

And how this chair and furniture were destroyed?
******* bums dwelt directly in front of my house´s entrance. Its my neighbors. They sit there around all day, litter everything and play loud music. One day I came home and that chair was in my way. I just kicked it out of my way.
I have no idea about this "furniture". Its an invention of the regime. I had no lawsuits in each of the case, no opportunity to comment on the accusations. That is why the fines ain´t actual sentences but so-calld orders for punishments. No trial, no lawyer, no judge.

They can. The problem with your migrant solution is that why would they come here to work when everything is for free? They do it for many decades and the problem with the lack of specialists is still growing - like the prison population.
