Ebay free money partner in crime

I buy an item on Ebay for 15 bucks.
I get a message "item shipped" and a note it's going to take 2 months.

Of Course I never received anything.

Go to look at the history, and Ebay changed the item history to "Private" so I can't look anything up.

You have to look for the phone number on a search engine, because you'll never find it on their website.

I had to dig through emails just to get the item number.

They told me the guy gave a fake tracking number, and they have no answer for me of why THEY changed the history to read "Private" so I can't look anything up

Now I have to call them back in 5 days so they can figure out what happened.

Two months for a car, maybe. From Eastern Siberia. That's excessive.

I had one case like that. After 45 days I filed a ticket for non-receipt to protect my interest, and they refunded me two days later.

No muss no fuss.
