That’s not disenfranchising voters, libbie. That’s a state vote by overall population. Virginia as a whole picked Harris, thanks to the idiot government workers in NoVa, so she gets all the electoral votes.

Each person’s vote still counted toward the total.

How ever the redistricting goes, everyone gets to vote so no one is disenfranchised. That is true even if all the districts are gerrymandered to be Blue. Right? It is winner take all, like the EC.
