The doctor has started a slander and defamation suit against the AG of Indiana who made the false claims that she failed to submit the property notifications to the state. She had in fact, submitted the paperwork, and submitted it in a timely way.

Talk about trying to use this case for political purposes. Like harassing doctors who are providing medically necessary abortions and fully legal abortions, to children who are the victims of rape.
