Dramatic sea level rise forecast for US over next 30 years

Show me any evidence that the public cares about the 3mm.....

I didn't think I was the the only guy to use Doy soap ... I'm just shocked any man would admit to using Doy soap ... I wash my hair with this and go to the casino ... women just can't keep their hands off of me ... I have to double knot my rope belt to keep my pants on ...

Oh look you have never been at Cape Canaveral (10') which is still in operation with upcoming flight on schedule.

Kennedy Space Center on an island is just 3' yet still open and in full operation with recent large additions in 2015.

The Federal Government don't seem to be worried about it why should you?

As Rising Sea Level Chomps at Cape Canaveral, NASA uses nature-friendly solution

Above, research student Kyle Sexton stands in a depression behind a beach berm at low tide along the Cape Canaveral shoreline. The all-terrain vehicle is equipped with global positioning equipment to help measure beach erosion in the area.

Along Florida's most famous slice of waterfront, the water is taking a bigger and bigger bite. As the level of the Atlantic Ocean has pushed higher, it has begun gobbling up the shoreline along Cape Canaveral.

A railroad that the National Aeronautics and Space Administration built along the beach in the 1960s began being routinely covered by waves during storms. Meanwhile, dunes were leveled that once protected Kennedy Space Center, no matter how high the tide.

Scientists from the University of Florida and the U.S. Geological Survey began studying the problem in 2009, finding that what was going on could not be explained by typical Florida beach erosion. This was climate change at work, with a warmer ocean expanding beyond its old bounds....

There is continental drift also. And the real issue of global climate change is if humans are causing it. Why if everyone of self-importance in power knows we are, do we still build on barrier islands and flood plains? Why do many politicians continue to own property on the same? If this is true, then slowly deconstruct the buildings on the beaches and move them back a block. Stop building on flood plains. Adjust. Adapt.

People still build there because they have concluded they can make money doing so, not because they believe these structures will still be high and dry a century from now. No one in Florida builds for the next century.

I'm a carpenter by trade ... buildings don't last a century ... not unless they're extremely well built to begin with ... if a community hasn't built an adequate sea wall to protect against hurricanes, then maybe the community isn't worth saving ... the buildings all broken down and decayed already ... New York City will just add a couple feet to their sea walls and count the added draft in the harbors as a good trade ...

Someone should have told them we are in an interglacial cycle. The planet has been warming for 20,000 years and we are still 2C cooler than the previous interglacial cycle.

The fact we are in an interglacial cycle doesn't preclude 100+ years of AGW.

You are a low IQ troll making the same post 300 times.

Get a game, get some point besides being a juvenile Asshole.

Correct. It establishes that the planet is in a warming phase and you can't just assume the recent warming is due to CO2.

Please feel free to explain how these temperatures occurred because none of these temperature fluctuations occurred because of CO2.

I hate to ruin 98% of your SPAMMING, You 12 IQ ****-Licker....

But ALL of your 10,000 and 100,000, and 1 Million year charts are USELESS in deciding whether or not we've had AGW in the last 100+ and why.

I disagree. They show climate variability absent the effect of CO2. They are extremely relevant.

What do you think caused these climate fluctuations prior to industrialization? Fairy dust?

You never explained anything at all. I am asking you why the earth's climate fluctuated prior to industrialization. You can't deny it fluctuated and you can't say it was CO2 so what will you say caused it? It has to be something, right?

Are you assuming that whatever it was that caused the earth's climate to fluctuate prior to the industrial revolution stopped because of CO2?
