Well, if he's not able to get all the tax cuts for businesses that he's promised (remember, Congress controls the purse strings), they are going to stop believing him and the markets will drop. Remember, stocks are based on how investors feel things will be doing 3 to 6 months from now, and if they are surging on the promises he's made, if they aren't kept, they will drop.
