I know, that wasn't supposed to sound like a whataboutism (which I absolutely hate, but almost every thread here is filled with whataboutisms from both sides.) I think the problem is hyperpartisanship and the bizarre misguided staunch loyalty to the most undeserving individuals....which is a phenomenon that takes place on both sides.

I guess you could say trump was against Qatar before he was for it. Not that the jet or potential business deals with the Qatari government and his family biz have anything to do with it.
