It's so obvious! Of course he has things he wants to divert attention from things, like the Epstein files and his hatred of The Affordable Care Act. Also, he is unable, as he promised, to bring prices down (except for gas and eggs). He claims he just wants the oil Venezuela "stole" from us. How did they do that? Did they raid Texas, Oklahoma and Californiafields under the cloak of darkness? Did they pump it into trucks and offload it on to tankers in the Gulf of Mexico? If he wants to go to war over oil, how about other countries? How about Russia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and others in the middle east? I guess that might meet with resistance, more than he could handle.
So, he needs a good 'ol diversion from the weight on his weak shoulders. A war, in his tiny mind would be perfect. He could play at Commander in Chief along with his usually inept Secretary of War. Besides, what's the point of having a war department and a Secretary of war without a war? Makes no sense whatsoever.
