campaign video, Republican District 80 Florida State House Rep., Byron Donalds, announced he is running for outgoing U.S. Congressman Francis Rooney’s seat.

Byron is one of eight Republican candidates to announce candidacy for Florida’s U.S. 19th Congressional District.

So a republican replacement. The last guy he ran against was a republican that got caught with coke.

The last D I voted for was a black conservative evangelical who switched to being a supporter of gay marriage in the runoff to get more campaign funds. He lost. I mention this because I don't know how much of a purity test there is in the district he's running in.
