Donald Trump, The Former President Of The U.S., Can Only Get 51% Of The Vote From His Own Party In Iowa

Jan 6 says that I'm right and you are wrong.

And there is NOTHING you can say that will change that.

Jan 6 is why there will most likely not be a Republican in the White House again for the next 20 years.
Jan 6 was nothing more than a protest that got out of hand, and the FBI was involved in agitating the crowd. The plan was for dumb, ignorant, gullible people to think it was an ”insurrection” instigated by Trump.

Guess it worked on YOU.

Here's the problem with your hypothetical scenario...Newsom did NOT run against Biden.

Because the Democrats are far more united than Republicans are.

There are very few Newsom voters who would not also vote for Biden. That is not true when it comes to Republican voters and Trump. A lot of DeSantis voters and Haley voters will not vote for Trump.
Keep running Biden, you won’t win my vote, neither will Trump, a third party is where I’ll go, I’m not voting for a rich, old good ole boy, like Republicans and Democrats do.

Call it what you will, at least a vote for a "third party" is not voting for either a war criminal or an egomaniac.

Why are they terrified? Is it because he will secure our border? Because he may cut taxes across the board? Maybe because he will put the US back into a position of strength on the world stage which will in turn lead to must less chaos in the world? Is it because he would push for election reform to make elections more secure as opposed to less secure as the Democrats want? Wait, I know…it is those mean tweets. We can’t have that.

Yeah, 50% of Americans are pretty darn stupid and ignorant if they are terrified of Trump being president again. They should be terrified of a traitor like Biden having another 4 years in office. Our enemies, on the other hand, would LOVE for Biden to win. Iran probably has another billion or more ready for immediate release.
no. it took a century to build what little infrastructure for peace exists. the thought of abandoning the un and nato is abhorrent to many of us.

also, trump's movement is particularly divisive, at a time when we, and our allies, MUST stand firm against trumps ally and sponsor.

trump has, by the way, admitted that his attack on democracy was inspired by russian intelligence.

Sure, lady. Keep telling yourself that while Trump loses in November. Whatever makes you feel better.

That's what voting for Trump is all about, anyway -- feeling good about being a racist and a fascist. Not having to hide in the closet, anymore, like racist Republicans did for decades.

Yeah, they are so "united" they are preventing legit candidates from challenging sleepy Joe by not having primary elections! If you are a dem you get one choice!

That's the demofascists version of "democracy"

WTF are you slobbering about now, dumbass con?

Fascists are leftists, kookbot....its why you wear brownshirts. And your ilk is the founder of the KKK...see how backwards you are? As for hiding in the closet, that has been your alphabet folk mantra.
Are you sure your brain wasn't hooked up with the positive and negative terminals switched?

If you and rumpart are reality....then yes, it has been given up on.
Multiple candidates for a position tend to split the vote until one wins...or, you can dictate only one candidate to run, like your ilk, and then there is a good chnce he might win your nutjob nomination.

Shit, if Biden got only half of the votes from his own party, that would spell doom for him in the general election

Talking about the KKK, yet the vast majority of minorities vote Democrat.

Just more blather to make yourself feel good about being a racist and a fascist.

He wouldn’t get close to that if there was a Democratic primary, but it wouldn’t matter. Democrats would vote for whomever won their primary, if they had one.

As for blather......and you are still agreeing with rumpart that should tell you something.

Exit poll from the Iowa Caucus -- 31% of Republicans believe Biden won the 2020 election.

If those 31% of Republicans refuse to vote for Trump, then it's over for him in November.

Thos are Dimtards posing as Republicans...the ones who voted for Haley.
Where have you been?

I suspect sometime today he will come out and say it was rigged and that he really won with 90% of the votes.
Will you admit that you were wrong when that doesn't happen?

Your liberal media doesn't think he did badly:

Donald Trump dominated the Iowa caucuses on Monday, taking his first important step to his third straight GOP presidential nomination and delivering a blow to his rivals, who had hoped to capitalize on his legal troubles and earlier signs the base might be ready to move on from him.

. . .

But Iowa's results -- and the widespread evidence that key conservative voting blocs continue to embrace Trump, as seen in entrance polling -- marked an unquestionable win for the former president as the 2024 got underway.

1. Republicans have been saying they're still with Trump. Believe them.

. . .

2. Trump's criminal indictments have only helped him – at least with the GOP base.

He would get close to that if there was a Democratic primary, but it wouldn’t matter. Democrats would vote for whomever won their primary, if they had one.

Again, if that's all he got from his own party, that would be an incredibly bad sign for his chances. And y'all would be celebrating.

Why would they refuse to vote for Trump just because they believe that Biden won the election? Republicans aren’t generally as ignorant and naive as the average Democratic voter, so I am not concerned that this will be an issue.
