Donald Trump, The Former President Of The U.S., Can Only Get 51% Of The Vote From His Own Party In Iowa

If Republicans are this shaky about voting for Trump, then Independents are definitely not going to vote for him. Trump lost the Independent vote by 13% to Biden in 2020.

Trump is going to lose by at least 10 million votes in November. It won't be as close as 2020.
You are completely hilarious!

LOL. Thanks for your admission that Trump is way ahead in the polls today.
Oh you believe the polls now? Hillary was ahead the same time 8 years ago. How did that work out for her? I guess Trump can stop campaigning like Hillary stopped. She stopped visiting swing states. Took them for granted. Trump barely won all 5. It was an electoral landslide but he barely won. He won't do as well this time as he did 2016 you'll see. One word. Abortion.

How did Republicans do Nov 2023 elections in KY, OH and VA? You lost? That's more telling than any poll. Polls predict what will happen in an election. You want to ignore the last election and put all your faith in polls because now hey favor you? Boy are you dumb.

Those polls showing Trump up on Biden will really turn out the vote. For Biden.

Trump is not going to stop campaigning. He's not an idiot. Only Hillary was the idiot.

That doesn't make sense to you? 49% of Republicans don't want Trump again after he served 4 years. You think that won't matter come the election? Think about all the pro choice people who voted for Trump in 2016. You think they'll vote for him again?

Dude, he said a Mexican judge couldn't be fair because he's Mexican.

He asked that they never bring around him that injured soldier who's deformed and plays music. Trump said no one wants to see that.

And you love him. Weird.

What you are overlooking is that the the 2020 election was BEFORE Jan 6, BEFORE Trump's 91 indictments, and BEFORE the Dobbs abortion SCOTUS decision.

DeSantis voters are not going to vote for Biden, but a lot of them aren't going to vote for Trump, either. And that helps Biden.
Biden can't get half of Democrats to vote for him!

i'm not sure one can not tell what "the people want" by watching commercials or listening to trumpist swarms on a message board. 51% is not a great win in a primary when the other party will oppose trump tooth and nail , many of us to the death if necessary.
Sorry, but that statement is just politically stupid. Trump did not win Iowa last time he faced any serious and yet crushed about 16 opponents in the whole race in 2016 other primaries and won the nomination.

How many demofks want xiden? Give the figures

If you are going to vote for whichever person wins the GOP nominee, that makes you a Repub even if you pretend you are not
It only means that I am voting for a republican. I've voted for democrats in the past.
not recently in the general elections.
Just like Zell Miller once said, "his party left him".

He didn't have a presidential record to run on then. He did in 2020 when he got 97% of Republicans' votes in Iowa. But that was before Insurrection Day. Now after Insurrection Day, which â…“ of Iowan Republicans think was a legit win for Biden, Trump fails with just 51%.

No, he was running on getting Trump out of office, which most people who voted wanted.
And yet in the 2020 Iowa caucus he finished 4th. It’s amusing listening to people try and claim Trump getting 50 percent is some disaster while Biden finishing 4th in 2020 no biggie. The reality is Jim Clyburn saved Biden’s bacon in 2020 in the South Carolina primary so the lesson which partisans never learn is don’t make the first primary into more than it is. You and the rest of the partisans can now continue to do that exact thing i on the other hand am going for lunch.

Yea sure we'd rather have a young guy. But honestly, we aren't going to go with an unknown. Gavin Newsom looks good. But what if suddenly they dig something up on him and we didn't vet him before going with him?

No, sorry. Biden won last time so we're going with him again. A lot of old people who voted for Trump are dead. And a lot of girls who are pro choice are turning 18 this year.

So no figures?

A lot of 'We The People' think that the democrats over played it.
Democrats are the We the People party. Republicans are every man for himself.

We believe we are all in this together. That doesn't mean communism or socialism. But you can't run government when you don't believe in government.

Democracy created the middle class not unregulated free market capitalism.
