Donald Trump strikes again tonight--attacking Hillary Clinton stating that had she been a man she wouldn't have even got 5% of the vote. There went women--the largest voting block in this country today. Here is the video. Note the look on Chris Christie and especially his wife's face, to the right of Donald Trump. in this video.
Trump: If Hillary Was a Man, She Wouldn’t Even Get 5% of the Vote
Trump has a good history of giving his supporters a clue to what he's doing, that they have completely ignored.
In 2012 he blasted Republicans for losing, citing they were too mean spirited toward illegals as the reason. He's right. G.W. Bush won the Hispanic vote by 44%, Romney lost by only capturing 27% of this block. Trump immediately came out of the gate, campaigning on wall building, deportation, calling Hispanics every name in the book. So bad was it that Univision--the largest Hispanic T.V. cable in this country cut him off. Trump is polling at an historic negative 80% with Hispanics, and the GOP nominee needed 46% of this block to win the White House. This means that 17% of the population, or 23 million of them are now solidly in Hillary Clinton's column.
2012 FLASHBACK: Donald Trump Said GOP Was Too ‘Mean-Spirited’ Towards Illegal Immigrants
Poll: 75% of Latinos Have Negative View of Donald Trump
Latino conservatives: If Donald Trump is the nominee, we will not work to elect him
GOP Win Will Need More Than 40 Percent Of Latino 2016 Vote, Says Study
Another reason for the loss in 2012--and the biggest reason was WOMEN. The Evangelical right wing of the party chased them off by making their platform about abortion, that went into who's not going to pay for birth control pills, and what is legitimate rape questions. Women went running into Obama's column by double digits, younger women by 36 points which secured a 2nd term for Barack Obama.
The GOP's woman problem goes beyond Trump
Why Romney Lost And Republicans Keep Losing
Gender Gap in 2012 Vote Is Largest in Gallup's History
So do you Trump supporters get it yet? Donald Trump has no intentions of winning the General election, he is deliberately driving it into Hillary Clinton's lap.
