I heard real estate was getting more expensive in Florida since there are a lot of safe White areas -- not parts of places like Miami obviously -- and as a result of the commie governors in the northeast inflicting unconstitutional rulings. There are solar powered generators that store energy in batteries that power the home. Unlike solar power that feeds into the grid, this system is independent. A mansion that size might need more than one generator but its doable.
