But that's OK, and excuses will be made for it.

The suit, filed in a Florida federal court Thursday, includes the president's sons Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. and the Trump organization as plaintiffs.

The filing alleges that the leak of Trump and the Trump Organization's confidential tax records caused "reputational and financial harm, public embarrassment, unfairly tarnished their business reputations, portrayed them in a false light, and negatively affected President Trump, and the other Plaintiffs' public standing."

Not sure what you're trying to say. With lawsuits you present your case, the defense presents their case, and a judge or jury decide which sides wins. But, I will say that Trump certainly deserves to win yet another case against the lawless democrats. Trump's presidential library will be the best of all presidents and will be fully funded (by democrats nonetheless) long before he leaves office. Meanwhile, Joe Biden's presidential library probably won't ever be built due to lack of funding. He'll be lucky to have a bookmobile parked at his house.
