I heard real estate was getting more expensive in Florida since there are a lot of safe White areas -- not parts of places like Miami obviously -- and as a result of the commie governors in the northeast inflicting unconstitutional rulings. Curious how the mansion air conditioned is designed in terms of keeping it cool in the summer. Electric bill could get crazy!

There are solar powered generators that store energy in batteries that power the home. Unlike solar power that feeds into the grid, this system is independent. A mansion that size might need more than one generator but its doable.
