At no point in my statement did I say that Eminent Domain cases brought about in cities, were either won or lost, only that businesses have used Eminent Domain before. In some cases the businesses win and in others, they lose.

the only time they win is for th betterment of society as a whole for tax purposes or for 'progress'.

donny's casino limo parking lot had no beneficial value to anybody but himself. from the start.

THAT'S why he lost & to make an excuse for that sick behavior is pathetic to say the least. he lost because the judge thought it was an abuse of the intended law & threw his lawsuit o-u-t.
