Just because the job app asks if you've ever been convicted of a felony doesn't mean that if you say yes, its an automatic no to employment.

There are hundreds of thousands of felons driving trucks down our nations roads. Some large trucking companies FOCUS on hiring felons, they are known as second chance companies. There are currently 34 MILLION felons in the US. Most are employed. So no, finding a job isn't hard as a felon.
